Common Sense/Common Courtesy: commoc sense

Common Sense/Common Courtesy: commoc sense: "Common sense tells us that, if an American child wants to fly an American Flag on the back of the bike he rides to school it's ok. It's AM..."

commoc sense

Common sense tells us that, if an American child wants to fly an American Flag on the back of the  bike
he rides to school it's ok. It's AMERICA for Christs' sake.

Common courtesy tells us, that if the AMERICAN FLAG offends you, go back to where-ever you came from. Go back and suffer disease/starvation/oppression/female mutilation/rape/religious genocide, etc., etc. This is America, if it offends you LEAVE!!!!!!!

Common sense House-Hold tip: to clean blinds, use a (cheap) paint brush that is clean. It is muchcheaper and just as effective as those expensive products.

Common Sense/Common Courtesy: more common stuff

Common Sense/Common Courtesy: more common stuff: "My post today will be somewhat different. Common sense tells us to be aware of the needs of others. Common courtesy tells us NOT to make fun..."

more common stuff

My post today will be somewhat different. Common sense tells us to be aware of the needs of others. Common courtesy tells us NOT to make fun of those less "fortunate". To expand on this: several months ago I be came a full time care-giver to a "special needs" gentleman. He is this way through no fault of his own. He was beaten and left for dead during a home invasion. It is like having a 10 year old with raging hormones. His life is being lived in the years 1969-1975. My wife and I are not embarassed to have  friends over or to take Pat out with us. We are at times "squeemish" about some things he does and we have to give him structure. He has been a blessing to us in more ways than we count.I have learned humility and patience(most of the time); there are times I just want to say "to Hell" with it, but his needs are much greater than mine. Several times in the last few months I have wittnessed people avoiding him or making crude about him or directly to him. At first I chose to ignore this aggreivious behavior, then recently I have become "combative". These comments(slurs) have come from people from all walks of life: rich, poor, educated and non-educated and a various array of ethnic backgrounds. I now walk up to them and say, "there, but for the Grace of God, go you".Some understand, others don't. So, just be aware of tthe needs of other...it's Common Courtesy.

Common Sense/Common Courtesy: common sense at class

Common Sense/Common Courtesy: common sense at class: "Common sense will tell us to be on time. Common courtesy will tell us to come up with a 'good' excuse for being late."

common sense at class

Common sense will tell us to be on time. Common coutesy will tell us to come up with a "good" excuse for being late.

Common Snese

Common Sense tells us that  if you are invited to dinner , be gracious about it. Common courtesy tells us not tell the "cook" the menu that you want.
Common sense House-Hold Tip: to clean your mini-blinds use a clean/cheap paint brush. It's a lot less expensive than all those "wonder products" on T.V.
